"digmeout" is an art project organized by Osaka's radio station FM802.
We dig-out and support fresh talented artists to kick start their art carrier.
In 2001 we published our first "digmeout" art book and so far this series have been published up to issue06 (As of September, 2006).
In 2002 we opened a gallery/cafe called "digmeout CAFE", and in 2006, it moved and renewed as "digmeout ART&DINER" in the center of America-mura in Osaka.
Ever since then, "digmeout ART&DINER" has evoloved as a center of Osaka's exciting art scene.
digmeout has also been active in collaborating with companies in Japan and abroad. "RESONART" is a collaboration project between RESONA Bank and digmeout that started from 2004.
Our digmeout related artists have contributed in business branding by designing ATM cards for them.
Also, we had other collaborative projects with big companies like Sony and Nissan.
Since 2004, we've started working as an art agency named, "digmeout FACTORY" as well as continuously finding and promoting new artists.
digmeout has also been delivering art shows in different countries.
Like our exhibitions in United States (Portland and LA) and Australia, and as a result, we had great project offers from big companies such as NIKE and adidas.
Nowadays, our activities are recognized by international artists and art fans. Finally in 2008, we start this new website which will become the new standard in young artist's portal.
We hope this website will connect all the artists in the world, who are eager to become the next person in the spotlight.

By utilizing our own art network, digmeout is here to dig out and help deliver upcoming fresh talents to the world. Rather than just sitting around waiting for your contact, we go out on the streets and online to constantly searching for new artists.

digmeout offers various stages of support for anyone with strong originality that wish to make their living through art. We offer everything from collaboration with famous corporations, presenting work to abroad, to ARTEE and support in selling your artwork. Many things that we offer might be difficult to be accomplished by an individual, but by working together, we are confident that we can make it happen. Lately, digmeout has been getting a lot of attentions from the world, because of wonderful artists like you, so let's start by participating. Again, registration is free for all artists.

It is an online artists audition, which is open for everyday.
This is FREE ENTRY page for anyone who wishes to join digmeout.

1. Please register from “FREE ENTRY page” and get your own ID password.
2. Upload 12 of your strongest work with your resume. Your work will be set and open to the public.
3. You can upload maximum 12works and 20news on this “FREE ENTRY page”. Please use this page as your promotion tool.
4. If you wish to have the digmeout audition, click on “desire to be reviewed” button.
5. digmeout staff will check the desired pages and leave comments and reviews on your page.
6. The comments will be on your page that is to say anyone can see it so please make sure of it. We will try to lead you as best as we can, however the comments cannot be always positive. Click on “desire to be reviewed” button after you agreed and understood the situation that the comments will be on your page with your work.
7. Those who won the strong interest from digmeout staff will move on to private meeting.
8. After reaching the mutual agreement, that artist will either become digmeout certificated artist or digmeout RECOMMEND artist to join all of our activities.

FREE ENTRY artists’ audition will be judge by 3 main digmeout staff;

One of these 3staff will have look through your work and leave the comments on your page. We will try to lead you as best as we can however the comments cannot be always positive. We are very serious about this examination there fore we will be very tough. Also want to let you know that this audition is not a place where we judge your artistic skill, but we are using this audition to find an artist who we would want to work with. Those who are gaining high access rate at ENTRIES pages have chances too. Just don't forget to present yourself and remember that there’s always someone watching your art. Only the ones who tries the hardest becomes well known, there's no easy way out, so let's not forget to challenge.
We will upload our messages for the participation and artists'pages that we recommend to everybody to look at on the digmeout blog.
